Do I need a referral?
No referral is required to see a Cann I Help doctor. Before we invite you to book your first consultation with us, you’ll need to complete our 30-second pre-screening form to help inform us of your eligibility for alternative medicine.
Can I get access even if I live remotely?
Absolutely! Cann I Help operates as a fully online medical clinic. Our appointments are conducted seamlessly through telehealth, allowing you to access our service conveniently from the comfort and privacy of your home, regardless of your location. If you’re eligible for alternative medicine, your assigned doctor will customise a prescription to address your specific condition and preferences during your consultation. Additionally, we provide affordable and discreet medicine delivery services across Australia.
How much does it cost?
The initial consultation is free with us. At Cann I Help we are passionate about putting our patients first and are dedicated to making alternative medicine accessible, affordable, and convenient. Additionally the ground breaking Rapid Access Program by Cann I Help makes getting the help you need as painless and as seamless as possible. Patients can now undergo a nurse assessment, consult with a GP, and have a script issued on the same day. Bookings for the Rapid Access Program by Cann I Help are available: Monday to Friday between 9am to 4pm (AEST). Here’s how the Rapid Access Program by Cann I Help works:
- Prospective patients complete the Rapid Access Program form.
- They will be contacted shortly thereafter by a member of the Cann I Help team.
- The patient will be consulted by one of our nursing team and then consulted by one of our doctors as soon as possible.
- The patient’s prescription will be ready within hours of them initially contacting Cann I Help.
- Prescriptions will be dispensed by the Cann I Help Dispensary.
